Para los hombres sugerimos traje, o pantal&#243;n y camisa de vestir, si es posible un blazer de cualquier color.
 
Para las mujeres, sugerimos vestido de noche, o traje en cualquier color, excepto blanco/crema/perla.

Les recomendamos que cambien d&#243;lares a trav&#233;s de sus banco antes de viajar. Tambi&#233;n pueden recoger dinero en el pueblo si utilizan una aplicaci&#243;n de envio de dinero como Remitly,&#160;la pueden bajar en iPhone o Android. 11) &#191;C&#243;mo estar&#225; el clima?
 
La temperatura promedio en Tototl&#225;n es de aproximadamente 90 grados Fahrenheit durante el d&#237;a, con bajas de 60 grados Fahrenheit por las noches.
 
Les recomendamos que empaque capas ligeras de ropa, y ventilador o abanico port&#225;til ya que la mayor&#237;a de los lugares no tienen aire acondicionado. Filtro solar y repelente para mosquitos tambi&#233;n es super recomendado.
 
12) &#191;Puedo llevar acompa&#241;ante?
 
Debido a cupo limitado. Pueden traer un acompa&#241;ante s&#243;lo si lo han acordado con los novios.
 
13) &#191;Puedo llevar a mis ni&#241;os?
 
S&#237;, pero, agradecer&#237;amos que se mantengan al pendiente de ellos, por su seguridad. Ya que hay varias fuentes con agua en el local. Nos gustar&#237;a prevenir alg&#250;n incidente y/o accidente el d&#237;a de nuestra boda. 
 
Tambi&#233;n, la decoraci&#243;n incluir&#225; velas, por favor est&#233;n al pendiente de que no est&#233;n corriendo dentro de la terraza para evitar que se lastimen o causen alg&#250;n accidente.
 
14) &#191;Se servir&#225; alcohol en la recepci&#243;n?
 
S&#237;, tendremos un cantinero que estar&#225; sirviendo diferentes bebidas mixtas, vinos, licores y cervezas.
 
Este es un evento muy especial en nuestras vidas. Lo hemos planeado con mucho cari&#241;o y mucho cuidado. Les pedimos que celebren de acuerdo a la importancia del evento.

Formal - Cocktail - GalaFor men, we suggest wearing a suit and tie or dress slacks and dress shirt, if possible, with a nice blazer in any color.And for women, we suggest wearing a cocktail dress, evening gown, or pantsuit in any color, except white/cream/ivory.

It is highly advised to exchange any US dollars you plan on using before you arrive in Mexico through your bank.&nbsp;You can also pick up money in town if you use a wiring service like <a href="www.remitly.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Remitly</a> which can be downloaded for either iPhone or Android. The average temperature in Tototlán this time of year is around 90 degrees fahrenheit during the day, with lows around 60 degrees fahrenheit at night.&nbsp;We recommend you bring light layers, and portable fans as most places don't have AC available. Sunblock and mosquito repellent are highly recommended as well.

12) Can I bring a Plus One?

Due to limited seating. You can only bring a Plus One if it's been previously approved by the bride or groom.

13) Can I bring my kids?

Yes, however, we would appreciate to keep a close eye on them because there are several water features in our venue grounds. We'd like to avoid any incidents and accidents from happening on our very special day. Also, there will be fire hazard, please be vigilant of them running around and creating an accident.

14) Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Yes, we will have a bartender serving a few specialty cocktails and an array of beers and liquors.This is a largely anticipated life event for us, please party accordingly.

Logistics

Tototlán is about an hour drive from the airport. Renting a vehicle is highly recommended. You can Google map directions to your address. OPTION 1 There are several car rental services offered on the airport grounds. If you decide to rent a car we recommend you do it beforehand in order to secure a vehicle. Travel & Accommodations

This is the main town square. During the day you can find little fruit stands, taco carts, churro stands, "guasanas", shaved ice with delicious homemade fruit syrup, a shoeshine boy, ice cream parlors, a cafe and even a seafood stand where you can get a "preparada" which is similar to the "michelada", but it's prepared with cold shrimp broth, lime, salt and and seasoning sauces. The best cure to a hangover. This is also where you'll find most of the banks where you can find ATM's. Or exchange dollars for pesos. At night, depending on the day, you can find a live orchestra playing in the "quiosco" and people sitting on the benches people-watching and enjoying the music. You can also find taco carts, hotdog carts, a cafe, a pizzeria, ice cream parlors, and all sorts of traditional goodies like "salchipapas", potato chips, "churros", grilled "elotes", etc.

Plaza Principal de Tototlán

Also known as Templo del Senor de la Salud. It's a beautiful Catholic church built at the beginning on the 19th century. The church's patron saint is San Agustin, however, the Senor de la Salud is highly venerated and even the yearly town fair, Fiestas de Mayo, is in his honor. This church is also where our wedding ceremony will be celebrated.

Beautiful temple in honor of Santo Sabas Reyes Salazar who in the time of the Revolución Cristera was tortured and killed here in Tototlán in 1927. It has stunning woodwork and architectural details. If you're not the religious type, the vantage point of this temple is the perfect place to get gorgeous views of the whole town. Gorgeously picturesque.

The spot to eat during the week, it offers the best seafood you'll taste in town. Their signature dish is the Caldo de Bagre, or Catfish Soup. The fish is cooked to order, so while it cooks you might want to try some Tostadas de Ceviche or a fresh "Aguachile de Camarón". They also offer delicious shrimp dishes like "A la Diabla", "A la Cucaracha", "A la Mexicana", breaded, in butter, in garlic butter, etc. Pair it up with an ice cold beer, and it's a wrap!

Mariscos El Tejaban

The best tacos you can ever have in your life! They have everything, except chicken, please don't ask for chicken tacos in Mexico. The have steak, pork, carnitas, longaniza, suadero, buche, chicharron, etc. Made to order, piping hot, and their salsas are just perfect.

Tacos El Chorchis

Traditional town market with everything from fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, fresh baked bread, menudo, a butchery, fruit shop, etc. 
There's also traditional Mexican fritters like "gorditas", and "tacos dorados" traditionally accompanied with a delicious "masa atole" for a complete breakfast.

Mercado Municipal Tototlán, Jal.

A great juice bar next to the Mercado Municipal. You can get natural fruit juices and smoothies. If you're a bit hungover you can get your juice spiked with vodka or gin.

Jugos Netos

Lively bar with a mix of Mexican and Latin music. While their specialty drink is Spiked Coconut Water in various different flavors like berries, tamarind, mango, etc. They also serve other great cocktails and beers.

Cocos Rojo

A family friendly pizza restaurant a block away from the Plaza Principal de Tototlán. Serves a delicious selection of pizza, burgers, salads, coffee, and cocktails.

La Leña

Just half a block from the Plaza Principal, the BEST aguas frescas in town. If you love coffee, you have to try their Capuccino frappé, delicious!

Feeling snack-ish? Get your snacks delivered to your address. Walking tacos, fresh fruit, potato chips, etc.

In the Mexican Catholic tradition "padrinos" and "madrinas" are chosen to offer guidance, advice, support and mentorship as the couple enters marriage; in particular the "Padrinos de Velaci&#243;n", "Padrinos de Lazo" and "Padrinos de Arras".
These "padrinos" represent couples the bride and groom admire, symbolizing the kind of relationship they aspire to have in their marriage.
Being asked to be "padrinos" is considered an honor in Mexican Catholic culture.
 
En la tradici&#243;n Cat&#243;lica Mexicana los padrinos y madrinas son elegidos como guias, consejeros, soportes y mentores al entrar al matrimonio; en especial los Padrinos de Velaci&#243;n, Lazo y Arras.
Estos padrinos representan parejas a las cuales los novios admiran, siendo ellas simbolo de la relaci&#243;n que ellos aspiran tener en su vida matrimonial.
